My Story

I became interested in bodywork after receiving my first massage in my early 20's. That prompted me to begin my journey as a student of bodywork. As interested in the work as I was, I shifted course after I accepted an opportunity working as a counselor with at-risk populations. I loved being a counselor, but I knew as some point I would return to bodywork.

Years later It was a chance encounter with a Rolfer that introduced me to Rolfing and redirected my focus back to bodywork. I enrolled at the institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in 2003 where it became clear that helping people through bodywork is what I wanted to do with my life.

I went on to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy under Hugh Milne at the Milne Institute in 2005. I became a Certified Rolfer in 2007. After Rolfing for seven years I went on to become trained as an Advanced Rolfer

After training in various forms of bodywork I have pursued the path of Rolfing to be as effective as possible and to be of greater service to my clients.
